Job description and duties

We are currently looking for business support / office manager to join our team. Reporting directly to partner, this is an exciting role for an individual who enjoys workings as a team player.

      The main responsibilities are:            

  • Plan work schedules.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Business Support team.
  • Prioritize, assign, and delegate tasks and responsibilities.
  • Monitor work in progress and identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and quality of work.
  • Advise on the handling of all correspondence and inquiries related to clients.
  • Chase up funds from clients according to agreed-upon payment plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory matters while handling clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify savings opportunities and effective ways to generate income and introduce new clients.
  • Maintain the organization’s cash flow to ensure all financial commitments are fulfilled.
  • Provide administrative support for all operations during business.
  • Act as the Health and Safety officer for operations and discharge related responsibilities.
  • Manage payments for goods or services received.
  • Encourage staff and teams to focus on performance.
  • Ensure the efficient use of staff time and skills, deploying staff effectively and monitoring staff-related budgets.
  • Communicate existing and new service developments to current and prospective customers.
  • Provide support for staff through mentoring, coaching and appraising performance on an ongoing basis. 
  • Maintain and update information on the website to cover all service areas in Operations.
